This is an interventional pain management training program between American Society of Regional Anesthesia and Pain Medicine (ASRA Pain Medicine) and the Egyptian Foundation for Interventional Pain Practice (EFIPP).
This program aims to train physicians on the fundamental principles of interventional pain medicine and equip them with the essential skills for its secure application with the guidance of fluoroscopy and ultrasound.
Upon completion of the training, participants will possess the skills to:
1- Gather comprehensive medical histories from patients experiencing chronic and cancer-related pain.
2- Conduct examinations of the musculoskeletal and neurological systems.
3- Carry out ultrasound screenings for both peripheral and axial regions.
4- Safely perform interventional procedures with guidance from fluoroscopy and ultrasound.
