The EEMENA Pain Camp offers a comprehensive training experience that blends academic instruction, hands-on learning, and clinical exposure, designed to equip candidates with advanced skills in interventional pain management. The program is delivered in a hybrid format, combining both online and in-person components to maximize flexibility and learning effectiveness.
Core Training Components:
1. Blended Academic Instruction
Participants will engage in a structured curriculum that includes both live online sessions and in-person instruction, fostering continuous learning and interaction with faculty and peers.
2. Fresh Cadaver Workshops
Specialized workshops using fresh cadaver specimens will simulate real-world interventional procedures, enhancing anatomical understanding and technical proficiency.
3. Mentorship-Based Learning
Small groups of 4–5 participants will be assigned to a mentor physician, focusing on essential skills such as clinical assessment, diagnostic reasoning, interpretation of imaging, and interventional techniques.
4. Physician Rotations
To ensure a diverse learning experience, candidates will rotate among 3–4 experienced physicians, gaining exposure to a range of clinical styles and treatment approaches.
