General Terms & Conditions

Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or accessing EEMENA Pain Camp services—including webinars, e-learning, cadaver labs, or online videos—you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms may be updated without prior notice. Continued use signifies acceptance.

Eligibility

Registration and attendance is strictly for board certified physicians only.

It is preferable that the Candidate hold a degree or an in a specialty with surgical privileges, such as anesthesia, neurosurgery, internal medicine, orthopedics, emergency medicine etc.

A valid medical practice license is mandatory for each candidate.

Attendance in all Modules is a prerequisite for receiving a Certificate of Completion. All registrants must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

Payments & Confirmation

All payments must be made in USD.

Bank transfer charges are the responsibility of the sender.

Payment must be completed prior to access.

Registration confirmation will be sent upon payment. If not received within 1 week, please contact: info@eemena-paincamp.org.

Payments within 5 days before a live event may not receive written confirmation—bring proof of payment to the registration desk.

Cancellation & Refund policy

Requests must be sent in writing to the Secretariat.

Full Compensation: 100% refund (minus admin fee) if cancellation is made ≥ 4 weeks before your first course.

Partial Compensation: Cancellation of one or more courses from a prepaid package is refundable based on full-course pricing of the retained courses. Must also be made ≥ 4 weeks prior.

No Refund: Cancellations < 4 weeks before any course are not eligible for a refund due to fixed costs.

Refunds will be processed upon receiving your bank account details.

Intellectual Property

All materials are the sole property of EEMENA Pain Camp and its faculty.

Unauthorized reproduction or reuse is strictly prohibited.

Medical Disclaimer

All content is educational and must be applied using your professional judgment.

EEMENA is not liable for outcomes in clinical practice.

Limitation of Liability

EEMENA Pain Camp is not responsible for:

Injuries during cadaver training.

Misapplication of techniques.

Technical failures or data loss.

Online Videos Terms & Conditions

A. Access & Use

A user account is required to access content.

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.

B. Ownership & License

All content (videos, text, images, etc.) is protected by copyright.

You may not reproduce, share, or download content unless granted written consent.

A non-transferable, personal license is granted for viewing.

C. Online Video Payment & Refunds

Payment is required in advance.

Refunds may be issued for technical issues only, if reported within 7 days of purchase, including order number and explanation.

D. Conduct & Termination

Prohibited: hacking, malware, or harassment.

We reserve the right to revoke access at our discretion for any misuse.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using EEMENA’s online videos, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, as well as any additional Terms and Conditions that may be provided for specific services or features. EEMENA Pain Camp reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Access to Online Videos

(a) User Account: In order to access the online training videos, you are required to create a user account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

(b) Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. EEMENA Pain Camp is not responsible for any unauthorized access to your account.

3. Online Videos Content

(a) Ownership: All content provided in the online videos, including but not limited to videos, text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of EEMENA Pain Camp or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws.

(b) License: EEMENA Pain Camp grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the content for personal, non-commercial use only. You must not download, modify, reproduce, or distribute the content without the express written consent of EEMENA Pain Camp.

4. Payment and Refund Policy

(a) Payment: Payment for access to the online videos is required in advance. Payment methods and pricing information are provided on the EEMENA Pain Camp website.

(b) Refunds: Refunds may be issued for technical issues that prevent access to the online training videos, provided the issue is reported within 7 days from the date of purchase. Refund requests must be submitted in writing within the specified time frame. Please include your order number and the reason for your refund request.

5. Use of Online Training Videos

(a) Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to engage in any conduct that is disruptive, harmful, or in violation of any applicable laws while using the online videos. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to, unauthorized access, distribution of malware, and harassment of other users.

(b)Termination of Access: EEMENA Pain Camp reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the online videos at its discretion, without notice, for any violation of these Terms and Conditions.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

EEMENA Pain Camp provides the online videos “as is” without any warranties, express or implied. EEMENA Pain Camp does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the content.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EEMENA Pain Camp shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the online training videos.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania & Egypt. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Romanian and Egyptian Court. By purchasing, accessing or using EEMENA Pain Camp's online videos, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, & agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
