EEMENA Pain Camp – Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy

Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or accessing EEMENA Pain Camp services—including virtual modules, webinars, e-learning, cadaver labs, or online digital content—you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. The global Program architecture, digital platform, and intellectual property are owned and administered by RAFIARO HEALTH CONSULTANCY – FZCO (Dubai, UAE). All physical, hands-on training components, localized logistics, and local financial administration within the European Union are organized and delivered independently by ASSOCIATION CRED IN MEDICINA (Bucharest, Romania).

Eligibility

Registration and attendance is strictly limited to board-certified physicians holding a valid medical practice license.
It is preferred that the candidate holds a degree or specialization with surgical privileges (e.g., anesthesia, neurosurgery, internal medicine, orthopedics, emergency medicine).
Attendance in all modules is a strict prerequisite for receiving a Certificate of Completion. All registrants must provide accurate and verifiable information during registration.

Payments & Confirmation

Currency: All participant payments for training modules delivered within Romania or the European Union must be made exclusively in Euro (EUR).
All bank transfer charges, currency conversion costs, and exchange rate differences are the sole responsibility of the paying party.
For tax, accounting, and fiscal compliance within the European Union, all local payments shall be collected and fiscally invoiced solely by ASSOCIATION CRED IN MEDICINA (Romania) in accordance with Romanian and EU VAT regulations.
Registration confirmation will be issued upon successful payment processing. If confirmation is not received within 1 week, contact: finance@eemena-paincamp.org. For payments made within 5 days of a live module, please bring physical proof of payment to the registration desk.

Cancellation & Refund policy

Individual Module Registration: Refunds are calculated based on the start date of the virtual component of the selected module and processed according to the following schedule:

≥ 90 days before start date: 100% refund minus administrative fee
60–89 days before start date: 50% refund
30–59 days before start date: 30% refund
< 30 days before start date: No refund

Full Program Bundle Registration: Enrollment in the Full Program Bundle constitutes registration for the entire program cycle. Cancellation is eligible for a refund only if submitted in writing before the start of the virtual component of Module 1. Once the program cycle has commenced, bundle registrations are entirely non-refundable and non-transferable.

Visa Rejection: Participants are solely responsible for applying for required visas in a timely manner. If a participant faces an official visa rejection, an official rejection letter issued by the relevant embassy or consulate must be provided. Refunds due to timely visa rejection are calculated based on the start date of the physical hands-on component as follows:

Visa rejection ≥ 60 days: before hands-on start: 50% refund.
Visa rejection 30–59 days: before hands-on start: 30% refund.
Visa rejection < 30 days: before hands-on start: Non-refundable.

Processing: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to finance@eemena-paincamp.org. Final refund decisions are determined exclusively by RAFIARO HEALTH CONSULTANCY –FZCO and executed by the party that received the direct payment. Administrative and bank fees will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Intellectual Property

All educational materials, curriculums, virtual platform contents, and trademarks are the exclusive intellectual property of RAFIARO HEALTH CONSULTANCY– FZCO and its faculty. Any unauthorized reproduction, recording, distribution, or reuse is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of access without a refund, alongside legal enforcement.

Medical Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

All content provided is strictly educational in nature and must be applied solely using your independent professional medical judgment.
RAFIARO HEALTH CONSULTANCY – FZCO acts entirely as an offshore program owner and digital service provider and is not liable for any clinical outcomes, misapplication of techniques, or patient complications in clinical practice.
All localized physical, hands-on training, laboratory operations, and cadaver training sessions are conducted under the exclusive operational and civil liability of the local organizer, ASSOCIATION CRED IN MEDICINA. Neither RAFIARO HEALTH CONSULTANCY – FZCO nor the training facility shall bear any liability for physical injuries, bioethical issues, or exposure occurring during the hands-on clinical training components in Romania.

A. Data We Collect

Identity & Professional Data: Name, email, nationality, medical license number, and specialization.
Financial Data: Payment details, transaction statuses, and billing logs (processed via secure, compliant payment gateways).
Participation Data: Virtual platform access logs, module attendance tracking, and feedback metrics.

B. Purpose of Processing

Your data is processed by RAFIARO HEALTH CONSULTANCY – FZCO (as Data Controller) and transferred to ASSOCIATION CRED IN MEDICINA (as Data Processor/Local Administrator) to:

Verify professional medical status and administer program registration.
Issue mandatory, statutory tax invoices and process local financial reconciliations.
Verify attendance to issue Certificates of Completion and European CME accreditation credits.

C. Sharing, Cross-Border Transfer & Storage

We do not sell user data. Data is shared exclusively with accredited CME bodies, necessary event logistics partners, and secure payment processing platforms.
Cross-Border Transfers: By registering, participants explicitly acknowledge and agree that data collected globally will be securely transferred to, stored, and processed by RAFIARO HEALTH CONSULTANCY – FZCO in the United Arab Emirates. For European Union users, all cross-border data processing complies with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable UAE Data Protection Laws.

D. Data Retention and Your Rights

Statutory Retention: In strict compliance with European Union and Romanian fiscal, accounting, and tax regulations, all financial transaction records, participant billing profiles, issued tax invoices, and reconciliation reports shall be securely archived and retained for a mandatory minimum period of five (5) years.
Your Rights: Eligible users maintain the right to request access to, correction of, or restriction of their personal data. Deletion requests ("Right to Be Forgotten") will be fully honored for marketing and general communication logs; however, data erasure cannot be applied to financial records and registration balances required for statutory tax and financial audit compliance under GDPR Article 17(3)(b).

EEMENA Pain Camp – Online Videos Terms & Conditions

1. Access, Security, & Account Administration

User Account: In order to access the online training videos, virtual modules, and e-learning content, you are required to create a secure user account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete professional information during the registration process and to maintain the accuracy of these credentials.
Credentials Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and for all activities that occur under your authenticated account. RAFIARO HEALTH CONSULTANCY – FZCO is not responsible or liable for any unauthorized access to your account or any resulting data loss.

2. Ownership & Intellectual Property Licensing

Absolute Ownership: All streaming media, digital videos, text, graphics, corporate logos, and presentation images provided within the online video platform are the exclusive intellectual property of RAFIARO HEALTH CONSULTANCY – FZCO and its content suppliers. This content is protected under international copyright and intellectual property laws.
Limited Personal License: RAFIARO HEALTH CONSULTANCY – FZCO grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable personal license to access and view the video content for your personal, non-commercial educational use only.
Strict Prohibitions: Under the terms of this license, you are strictly prohibited from downloading, screen-recording, ripping, modifying, reproducing, sharing account access, or distributing any video content without the express prior written consent of RAFIARO HEALTH CONSULTANCY – FZCO. Unauthorized distribution will result in immediate termination of access without a refund and may trigger intellectual property litigation.

3. Platform Access & Technical Support Policy

Included Access: Access to the online training videos and e-learning media is fully included as part of your registration for the EEMENA Pain Camp virtual program components. No standalone video purchases or separate video fees are required.
Technical Inquiries: Because streaming video access provides immediate delivery of intellectual property, temporary individual technical disruptions do not qualify for registration or module refunds.
Support Window: If you experience any platform bugs, credential errors, or server issues that completely prevent you from viewing the training media, you must report it in writing to INFO@eemena-paincamp.org within seven (7) days of encountering the issue. Please include your candidate number and a clear description or screenshot of the platform failure so our engineering team can restore your access promptly.

4. Prohibited Conduct & Termination of Access

Prohibited Abuse: You agree not to engage in any conduct that is disruptive, malicious, or in violation of applicable international cyber-laws. Prohibited behavior includes, but is not limited to: attempts to bypass digital rights management (DRM), distribution of malware, scraping, unauthorized credential sharing, or harassment within user message boards.
Discretionary Revocation: RAFIARO HEALTH CONSULTANCY– FZCO reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to the online video archive at its sole discretion, instantly and without prior notice, for any verified violation of these Terms and Conditions.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

"As-Is" Provision: RAFIARO HEALTH CONSULTANCY – FZCO provides the streaming online videos strictly on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free platform access or the absolute accuracy of external scientific interpretations.
Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RAFIARO HEALTH CONSULTANCY – FZCO shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of, or in connection with, your use of or inability to access the online training videos or digital assets.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Online Video Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) as applicable in the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising under or in connection with these digital services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Final Acknowledgement

By accessing the digital platforms, registering for the program, or participating in any virtual or physical components of the EEMENA Pain Camp, you explicitly confirm and agree that:

You have read, understood, and agreed to the full Program Terms & Conditions, including the professional eligibility requirements and the strict, date-dependent Refund Policies.
You explicitly consent to the collection, cross-border transfer, and processing of your personal and professional data by RAFIARO HEALTH CONSULTANCY – FZCO and ASSOCIATION CRED IN MEDICINA in accordance with the Privacy Policy and statutory fiscal retention laws.
You acknowledge and accept the complete division of liability, platform access rules, and behavioral conduct terms listed herein.
